Dental Insurance and Payment Options
At Aspire Implants and Periodontics, we believe treatment decisions should be made by patients and their comprehensive care team, not by insurance companies. Because we are committed to providing care solely on clinical needs and patient goals, we do not participate in insurance contracts.
Although we are not in network with dental insurance companies, many plans include out-of-network benefits and will still provide reimbursement for services rendered in our office. In these cases, your out of pocket portion may be slightly higher than it would be at an in-network provider.
As a courtesy, we will process your insurance claims and provide necessary documentation to help you maximize your dental benefits. However, patients are responsible for understanding their individual coverage details, including limitations, waiting periods, and all other exclusions. We do not serve as a representative to your insurance company. All incurred charges for diagnosis, consultations, x-rays, treatment, and all other serves rendered are ultimately the responsibility of the patient regardless of insurance coverage.
Payment is due at the time of service. Please reach out to our office with any questions., we are happy to help.
